I recently started getting in to the weights section of the gym and I can honestly say it is one of the BEST THINGS I have ever done. Like, seriously. I mean, it’s tough, don’t get me wrong, but I’m LOVING IT.
I had quite a lot of questions via instagram and snapchat about what it’s like as a noob, so I thought I’d share the most asked ones in this q&a vid, as I know it can be scary walking into a section full of hence sweating grunting men lifting super heavy, when you’re not even sure you can lift 20kg! 🙂
