Grapefruit

I love half a red grapefruit in the morning for breakfast, and some studies show it helps burn fat! I like to have mine with a couple of blueberries and strawberries for the additional nutrients ā¤

The only thing missing from this breakfast above is protein, so it’s good to have a protein shake, or a scrambled egg, or some smoked salmon alongside if possible. It’s not the end of the world if you can’t but it makes the above the PERFECT breakfast instead of just damn good šŸ˜‰
